Constructed from 1982 to 1985, the Penang Bridge is 13.5 km long, a cable-stayed bridge with beam and a slab deck. And it's the setting for my new challenge. My third half-marathon, 22km. And this time around, I want to try something new, something I have never done before. I want to reach out to my running community for support and encouragement... yes, that means YOU. I feel I need to bridge the gap with what's been missing from my journey until now. Ceci, I am inspired by your posts. I am going to try running again soon and setting my own goals. I have been putting it off as I don't want to deal with how my body has changed. I am glad you share and know you will do great.
